Joyous Reunion
Mommy picked me up on Friday. She was very tired from her long trip so we've napped and snuggled a lot this weekend. I've gotten my belly rubbed & rubbed; there's no love like belly rubs!
My squirrel has been visiting more than normal . . . even after his peanuts are all gone. He must have missed me! He inches closer and closer to my favorite window and has been scooting on his belly, as if I can't see him when he's not standing up. Silly squirrel!
Daddy's still fishing; this habit seems a bit obsessive. From what Mom says, his fishing season grows longer & longer each year. It's a good thing Mommy & I have each other!

HI, AJ. Glad your Mommy is back home and you are getting a lot of belly rubs. Bet your squirrel friend would like to come in and get a belly rub, too. Bet that is why he is scooting along the deck.
